Our brand-new luxury 2-bedroom apartment, nestled in the Sandbar building, invites you to experience beautiful Burleigh at its best. Spectacular views stretch from Surfers Paradise skyline to hinterland sunsets, creating the perfect backdrop for a truly relaxing stay. The building features a sparkling pool with sundeck, gym, and BBQ area's all within a short stroll to famous Burleigh Bars and restaurants, boutique shopping, and our iconic beach! Step into a stylish, thoughtfully designed space that seamlessly combines modern aesthetics with beachside charm. Our two-bedroom apartment boasts panoramic views from the entire living area and master bedroom, capturing the spectacular sunsets over the hinterland and breathtaking Burleigh Heads coastline, inviting the ocean breeze to serenade your senses from your private balconies. Immerse yourself in the elegant interiors, featuring contemporary furnishings, luxury fittings and fixture, and an abundance of natural light. Our brand-new kitchen, with its island bench and luxury appliances, sets the stage for culinary adventures. Unwind in the master bedroom's plush king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements. A walk-in wardrobe adds convenience, and the luxury bathrooms provide a serene escape. Our guests will be able to enjoy the entire apartment to themselves, and also have access to all the wonderful building facilities including the pool, gym, and BBQ areas. Free parking onsite is provided for one car. We respect the privacy of our guests and ensure a contactless check-in. However, if you have any trouble with your check-in or any other issues/inquiries during your stay, we are here to help. Guest Support hours are available via message from: 9am - 9pm Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday In the case of an emergency you may call us, however calling this line after hours could result in additional charges. Other things to note: Minut sensors have been installed in all our apartments. These have no cameras or listening devices, but they will alert us to noise, cigarette and vape smoke, and guests outstaying there check out time without prior arrangement. 1) Prohibited Activities Smoking inside is not allowed. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately to avoid extra cleaning fees. Parties are not permitted. Pre-approval is required for all events, functions or additional visitors. Breaching this rule may incur extra charges. Kindly refrain from excessive noise at all times, particularly during quiet hours (23:00 – 08:00). 2)No Pets 3) Departure We kindly request you to: Return all used cookware, cutlery and utensils to their original spots. Remove all personal items. Sort waste appropriately for collection (we will provide the schedule). Secure all windows and doors, switch off lights, and return keys. A fee may be charged for lost keys or lockout, or if the property is left unsecured. Please leave the property in a tidy state. Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items or belongings left behind. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left untidy. 4) For alterations like shortening your stay, early check-ins, or late check-outs, please request prior to your arrival. Please note, these may be limited during peak periods. Shortening your stay may result in only partial refunds, and rebooking during busy periods might incur additional charges. 5) Damages, Breakages and Losses All damage or breakage must be reported to us immediately. Removing or relocating property contents without approval is not permitted. Non-compliance may result in a damage fee. 6) Housekeeping Please promptly report any cleaning issues upon arrival via your booking platform with photographs. We will endeavour to resolve these as soon as possible. Use only the beds that have been paid for.
