The staff and room were great. The only issue was the person in apartment 35B was smoking so much weed that it was filling up the whole stairwell and into our apartment. We had to put towels under the door to try and help stop it. Some of the furniture was a little tired and needs a bit of care and attention. The communication was friendly and welcoming and Mel was so accomodating with our questions and queries and answered back really quickly so we weren't left waiting for an answer. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and seconds from some varied dining options plus there is a big Woolworths supermarket close by. It was easy to navigate by public transport which was important since we didn't have a car during our stay but still wanted to move around. The property was in good condition and very comfortable and we felt at home straight away. Our son really enjoyed using the pool and spa which is included.
