With G:link light rail stations nearby offering easy access to Surfers Paradise, Southport and the airport, this is a convenient base to explore the Gold Coast.  
Perched on the 21st floor of the sought-after Avani Broadbeach Residences, this modern apartment offers a peaceful base just moments from the area's best attractions. Inside, unwind in the bright, open-plan living area with plush seating and a Smart TV with Netflix.   
  
The kitchen is a welcoming space to cook and connect, featuring a full-sized fridge, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Start your day with a French press or pour-over coffee at the breakfast bar, or enjoy a leisurely meal at the round dining table. After meals, unwind on the main balcony with a cosy seating nook, perfect for soaking up views of the Broadbeach skyline and the tranquil canal below.  
  
Both bedrooms offer serene outlooks and blackout blinds for restful sleep. The primary includes a king bed and direct access to a second balcony, ideal for sunset views over the waterways and distant mountains. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, perfect for kids or friends. A family bathroom with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries serves both rooms, with a separate powder room nearby for added convenience. A laundry nook, neatly concealed behind cupboard doors in the kitchen, is equipped with a washer and dryer, ideal for extended stays.  
  
Enjoy the building’s resort-style shared facilities, including a 28°C heated outdoor lap pool with sun loungers, a spa, gym, and a BBQ courtyard for relaxed alfresco dining. Central air conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort. A selection of books and basic exercise equipment is available for downtime. Secure garage parking for one vehicle and lift access ensure a smooth, stress-free stay.  
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!  
  
Centrally located in Broadbeach, this apartment offers easy access to the Gold Coast’s top attractions. The Star Casino is just a ten-minute walk away, offering world-class dining, entertainment and nightlife, while the Convention Centre sits next door—ideal for business trips. The Oasis Shopping Centre is a six-minute stroll, perfect for boutique finds and casual bites, while Pacific Fair—home to premium retail, dining and cinemas—is a six-minute drive. Kurrawa Beach and its iconic Surf Club are a short 500 m walk, ideal for swimming or seaside dining. The area also hosts vibrant events year-round, from the Blues on Broadbeach and Groundwater festivals to Christmas celebrations. Two nearby G:link light rail stations connect you quickly to Surfers Paradise, Southport and the airport.  
  
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

We have provided enough amenities for your comfort on arrival. For extended stays, it is best to stock up with extra provisions.

Long-term stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional deep cleaning fee of $120 as we are required to deep clean after such stays.
