Experience the charm of this beachfront gem on the 3rd floor of the coveted 'Ceol-Na-Mara' building. This original apartment offers an unparalleled South-eastern perspective, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean stretching from Coolangatta to Surfers Paradise.  
  
Inside, you'll find a spacious living and dining area that seamlessly connects to a kitchen and an alfresco balcony, perfect for soaking in the stunning ocean views while entertaining or relaxing.   
  
The apartment features 3 inviting bedrooms, including a master suite where you can wake up to breathtaking ocean views. It also has a king bed, a walk-through dressing room and an ensuite for your convenience. Second bedroom boasts a comfortable queen and the third includes two king singles ideal for friends or families. Both of these bedrooms offer serene hinterland views and share a bathroom with a separate bath and shower, complemented by a separate powder room and laundry.  
  
The vibrant surrounding area is filled with trendy cafes, bars, and restaurants, allowing you to start your day with sunrise over the ocean, enjoy beach walks to a cafe, indulge in leisurely lunches, and dine in the lively Nobby's Beach precinct. At the end of the day, drift off to sleep with the soothing sounds of the surf from your spacious bedroom.
