This near-new 119m² 2BR apartment on the 12th floor features a spacious design with skyline, river, hinterland and partial ocean views from a private balcony. Step straight onto the sand or stroll to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. Guests enjoy resort-style pools, spa, gym and lounges, with acclaimed dining and bars at The Langham Hotel also within the same complex. Feel free to ask us any questions you may have! The Space: We’re so glad you’re considering a stay at our apartment in the iconic Jewel Residences, right on the beachfront of Surfers Paradise! Please note: keys are collected from a local convenience store about a 8-minute walk or 1-minute drive from the building. The store closes at 9PM from Sunday to Thursday and 10PM on Friday and Saturdays, so please plan your arrival accordingly. Before you arrive, here’s a quick rundown of what to expect.
