Enjoy resort-style amenities including a heated pool, gym and BBQ courtyard. With nearby G:link light rail stations offering easy access to Surfers Paradise, Southport and the airport, it’s an ideal base for business and leisure.  
Discover this elegant apartment on the 35th floor of Avani Broadbeach Residences, where sweeping views stretch across the ocean, city skyline, and distant hinterland. The light-filled living area features a plush cream sofa, leather lounge chairs and touches of greenery—perfect for relaxing with a film on the Smart TV with Disney+.  
  
Prepare meals in the compact kitchen fitted with a breakfast bar and essentials like an oven, stovetop, microwave, air fryer and dishwasher. Enjoy meals in the light-filled dining area with sweeping views. Afterwards, step out to the private balcony and relax on cushioned seating while taking in uninterrupted views of Kurrawa Beach, Nerang River, and nearby landmarks, including the Convention Centre and The Star Casino.  
  
Both bedrooms are filled with natural light and offer generous storage and scenic outlooks. The primary room opens directly to the balcony and features a queen bed with a private ensuite, while the second includes twin singles. Both bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, complete with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries.  
  
Make the most of the building’s resort-style shared facilities, including a spa, a well-equipped gym, and a BBQ courtyard perfect for relaxed alfresco dining.  
  
A laundry room includes a washer, dryer and ironing gear for added convenience. A highchair and a portacot are available on request. Secure garage parking for one vehicle and lift access ensure a smooth and stress-free stay.  
  
Please note: The air conditioner is currently not working and may take several weeks to be repaired. The shared pool is also undergoing maintenance for safety reasons and is unfortunately unavailable until further notice.  
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!  
  
Centrally located in Broadbeach, this apartment offers easy access to the Gold Coast’s top attractions. The Star Casino is just a ten-minute walk away, offering world-class dining, entertainment and nightlife, while the Convention Centre sits next door—ideal for business trips. The Oasis Shopping Centre is a six-minute stroll, perfect for boutique finds and casual bites, while Pacific Fair—home to premium retail, dining and cinemas—is a six-minute drive. Kurrawa Beach and its iconic Surf Club are a short 500 m walk, ideal for swimming or seaside dining. The area also hosts vibrant events year-round, from the Blues on Broadbeach and Groundwater festivals to Christmas celebrations. Two nearby G:link light rail stations connect you quickly to Surfers Paradise, Southport and the airport.  
  
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
