The Australian shape pool was heated but not too hot which made it a pleasure to swim in. The biggest downfall was people smoking in the outdoor areas of the resort (balconies) Everything else was fantastic close to bus stops and beach

We loved everything! The wonderful location close to the beach, the resort is very green and quite, and water in the pool was very nice and warm even in the morning. Will definitely stay there again!!

Good Old Gold Coast
Very good unit although a little overpriced. Good location and short walk into centre of Burleigh Heads. Would stay here again if price was not so high.

If you needed ground floor, please call us beforehand and it also depends on avliabilities as we would not know guests preference if there is no request. We were pleasantly surprised by many things with this property. Although it isn't a brand new building the facilities and apartments are well maintained. The apartments have room to sit and eat which is separate to the bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen and laundry had most things you needed. The grounds were lovely and lush and the pool area was clean and tidy. The location was a bonus being walking distance to more than a handful of great cafes and restaurants in both directions.

Location location
Ideal location shirt walk to Burleigh or Miami, accommodation a little tired, pool and spa very nice, having a stove microwave along with a washing machine and dryer a bonus. Ren and Trinh very approachable and willing to assist.

Arrived with a cigarette floor outside the door. Asked for a rollaway bed. Which was listed as an optional extra. Arrived to find they have no rollaway just a poor condition sofa bed that you could not sleep on. Sock left in dryer. Worst of all was a needle hanging out of a sharps container left in the drawer. We took a photo. So disgusted. We had our children with us.

Hi Lyndall, We are sorry you had some bad experience with your stay. The roller bed was listed as optional, however not guaranteed and it needs to be confirmed by sending us an email as our hotel was fully booked on the weekend. You called and we explained to you that we didn't have any roller bed available and we have provided full linen for sofa bed. With the container, we are sorry that our housekeeping didn't check the drawer, we contacted the previous guest, it was for diabetes for their children and they left it and forgot to bin it and they apologized too. We have sent feedback to the housekeeping company and lodged a complaint too and we will be more careful with checking each drawers and thank you again for your feedback. We take our service very seriously and feedback such as yours is very valuable for us so that we can improve and make our guests satisfied. We have already apologized on the phone with you yesterday and would like to apologize again here in writing. We hope we could provide better experience in the future and if there anything we could do, please don't hesitate to let us know. Have a lovely day!

Close to the beach, as many hotels are in this area. This hotel is one of the older hotels available, we didn’t use the kitchen as it seemed poorly maintained, with a fridge from the 90’s.

It was clean, well situated.very small and reception not open much on the weekends- except for booking in. They did let us know the room was ready early. No recycling containers which was disappointing.

We were welcome by the manager who guided us to our parking spot and help us with our luggage. He took us to our room and ensured we were please with the room. The room was spotless and had a new bathroom. Very impressed and highly recommend.

They prepared our room earlier, so when we arrived they were waiting for us in the carpark, helped us unload the car and took all of our bags up stairs to the room. The room had recently been renovated, it was tidy and clean and they even had the additional bed already made! The pool was also amazing!! It was perfect!! Will definitely stay again!!

Chris, the manager, phoned us to advise our room was ready. On arrival he guided us to our parking space and carried our luggage to the unit. Acknowledged that we’d stayed there before. Very handy to North Burleigh beach

Site Managers were very friendly and helped carry our luggage to our rooms which was a nice touch. Location was good, rooms clean but dated. Pool was very warm, good for colder months. Only negative was that bed was old and not comfortable. We would stay again as good value for price

Clean and over accomadating stay.
Stayed for 2 nights and we had a fantastic stay. Lovely pool, spotless room and excellent rental management. Chris and Kelly went above and beyond to work with our travel plans. 10 min walk to town center along the scenic beach path. Would stay here again!!!

The location of the property is good being near the beach & a 10 minute walk to the shops. Make sure U get a unit which does not back onto the highway as the traffic is very noisy & it is difficult to sleep. Whilst the living area of the unit has air conditioning the bedroom & bathroom do not. The bedroom has a fan which only works when the light is on making it difficult to sleep in hot whether.

Great place to stay
Stay here for 2 nights, very clean, comfortable. Big lounge room area. Close to the beach and shops. Nice pool with heated spa and lots of sun lounges. I would stay here again no worries.
