The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and welcoming when I checked in and everyone else was very nice - couldn't ask for more information there. It is well located, with a nice pub virtually across the road, the tram at the end of the street and Australia Fair (albeit undergoing significant renovations) just around the corner. But unfortunately one of the showers was out of order, the other hand very little to no hot water (which I was fine with on a muggy day!) No bins in the room or bathroom either.
