Conveniently positioned with stunning views, this charming two-bedroom residence beckons those seeking the quintessential Burleigh lifestyle. Delight in the tranquil ocean panoramas from your expansive balcony, mere steps away from the vibrant pulse of Burleigh's pristine beach and bustling shopping precinct.  
  
The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom.  
  
The sunlit living and dining area are illuminated by balcony views and the kitchen adorned with timber benches and a dishwasher.  
  
This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.  
  
⚠️ Some units in the building are being renovated. You might hear construction noise during the day, and lift access could be limited at times. Thanks for your understanding while the works are underway.
