The Studio This beautifully positioned studio apartment is compact, stylish, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for a relaxed coastal escape. With a north-easterly aspect, the apartment enjoys cooling sea breezes in summer and warm sunlight in winter, along with impressive views across the ocean, marina, and landscaped grounds. Positioned high enough to capture outlook and airflow — yet sheltered from excessive wind — the balcony is an ideal place to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The studio includes a laptop friendly workspace/lounge and reliable Wi-Fi for guests needing to work or attend online meetings during their stay. My main issue was confusion regarding the listing. The listing stated that there was Wi-Fi and parking available; however, upon arrival, we were told that we did not have a parking spot with our studio apartment, and the Wi-Fi didn't want to connect to any of our devices. The check-in process was a little confusing, and I would have appreciated clearer instructions overall from our hosts.
