LOCATION This home is situated in a fantastic location in Surfers Paradise and encompasses all that is great about living on the Gold Coast. It is within close proximity to Surfers Paradise shopping, restaurants and beach. You can use public transport, including the GLink to travel to Broadbeach and Pacific Fair. The home is central to all the Gold Coast has to offer. The beauty of the hinterland and rain forests are just a short drive away Coolangatta Airport is a 35 minute drive and Brisbane a 60 minute drive Central to all local attractions. Numerous Championship GOLF COURSES are within a ten minute drive THEME PARKS are a 20 minute drive. IMPORTANT NOTES Free parking for two cars in the garage, and two cars in the driveway. The property is not a 'party house' and these activities are strictly prohibited. By relevant Gold Coast laws these prohibited activities are defined as 'parties, including, for example, bucks nights, hens nights, raves, wedding receptions or similar parties.' No guests or visitors have permission to enter, remain or engage in any such prohibited activities at the property. Minimum age to hire the property must be 20 years or older. We cater to family groups, couples, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, RIVERFRONT REFLECTIONS has a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. As RIVERFRONT REFLECTIONS is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" From 9pm to 8am. If security is called to the property over a noise complaint, and the complaint is deemed to be valid, you will be evicted from the property, and you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining nights. The house has beautiful views which are taken advantage of from most rooms. The pool is a welcome addition, and although not large it worked perfectly for us. Communication with the owner was prompt once we had booked and there was no hassle when we arrived. House does not have a BBQ as said which was a little disappointing Only 2 glasses that weren’t mugs or Wine Glasses which for a house of this size isn’t enough. Kitchen well covered with other necessary items. One of the pool gates does not lock and could be dangerous for little ones.
