The Space: The Peninsula Apartment complex is ideally located only 50m from the patrolled beach, 200m to Cavill Mall and the centre of Surfers Paradise with its shops and restaurants and 100m to the light rail station. The apartment was big and had AC in all rooms, which was a huge plus. Loved that they had a heated pool, gym, and BBQ too.Talking to the host was easy, and the instructions for picking up the key were clear. But, there were a couple of downsides. There was construction noise from a lower floor during the day. Also, the apartment was really dusty, and the double bed was a bit too soft and bouncy, making it tricky when the person next to you moved. Oh, and one of the blankets had a big stain.Overall, we had a good time despite these things. The location, sea views, and all the cool amenities made it worth it. With a bit of tweaking, this place could be a total winner for anyone looking to stay here. ##### Ana Paula T.
