Very clean. Owners make it very easy to get in, even after hours. Views are great and building is easy to get into. Stayed here right after a similar property in Cairns and this one seemed a little more dated. Understandable as it is older and proced higher due to location. More balcony furniture would be better, makes it hard to enjoy what is really one of the most appealing aspects of this unit. It's nice to have parking, but the space allocated is really, really tight between 2 pillars. Renters should be told it's best for small cars only. Location is very close to many amenities. The building amenities are a little lacking, the outdoor spa was cold and the indoor was only luke warm. For winter stays these should be addressed. Obviously property owner has limited control over building amenities, but should pass on feedback and expect her Facilities are kept up to par. We didn't need kitchen so didn't use. On of the bedroom is a little on the small side and it makes it difficult for international travelers that have large luggage.
