Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Close to beach
Great place and big house! It was very clean and beautiful. The neighborhood is under construction. We enjoyed our stay but there are not a lot of places to eat in the area. We spent an afternoon at the beach but it wasn’t really close enough to walk if you have chairs, snacks, toys, etc. it was easy access though. We cruised down in the car. We also did the Jet boat ride up the river and that was cool.
