Welcome to SkyriverPeaks, a beautiful riverside cabin nestled on Skykomish River with views of Mt.Index. After a day of hiking, skiing or just relaxing, fire up the BBQ, enjoy starry nights by the firepit , cozy up by the wood stove or follow your private path to the river. There is a main cabin & Detached Unit that guests have full access to.With endless trails nearby and Stevens Pass just 25 min away, enjoy the serene outdoor space with stunning river and Mountain Views.

This cabin by the river offers comforts like a fully equipped kitchen,BBQ grill and Blackstone Griddle outdoors , a fire pit by the river to relax in the evenings and not to forget the amazing views from of the mountains and river from the balcony & the deck. Guests have exclusive access to the cabin & outdoor spaces of the cabin. The cabin also has a Detached Unit which is connected to the main cabin by stairs. Detached Unit has a Queen Bed, Equipped Kitchen, Bathroom & Seating Area.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Communication:  
Our area has many places where there is little to no cell reception so please do not rely on internet based apps such as a map app to get to your property. It is imperative that you either print the information we are sending, especially the Final Arrival Instructions we send before your stay, or have it downloaded somehow offline so you can access it on the way.  
  
Guests are expected to be able to manage common home operations such as resetting a breaker, unclogging a toilet or using the fireplace. Guests understand that Internet & power Outages are beyond our control and although hosts will help report such outages, ongoing updates and resolutions come from the utility companies directly.  
  
While we have the fastest internet available, you will find the reliability at the cabin may not be the same as in the city.  
  
Seasonal outdoor amenities that may not be available in the winter and /or in Pristine condition include Grill, outdoor Dining area & Patio furniture.  
  
DOGS:  
\- Up to 2 dogs(2+year old). Pet fee:$50 per dog per stay. We are not able to host any other pets/animals.  
\-Dogs must be crated if left unattended  
\-All excrement must be picked up outside  
\-Dogs must be on the leash when in the neighborhood and may not wander onto the neighbors property.  
\-Unregistered dogs in the reservation will be subject to $ 250 fine.  
  
Please understand that the we are next to the open fields & River. You might see or encounter wildlife while in the cabin or outside including but not limited to racoons, birds, bees, wasps, spiders, ants.These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them and therefore we do not refund if you encounter their business during your stay.  
  
FIREWOOD: Kindling and one bundle of Firewood is provided  
  
Check in/ Check out  
\-Cabin will be ready for your stay by 4pm. You will have keyless entry and can arrive at your leisure anytime after 4pm.The entry code will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival  
\-Check out time is 10am  
Please be sure to check out on time so that we can get the cabin ready for the next guest.  
Check out procedure will be emailed on the last day of your stay.  
  
Subject to availability:  
Early Check in(2pm): $50  
Late Check out (12noon): $50  
  
No glitter & confetti in the cabin or on the property.  
  
UTILITIES:  
Our cabin is on Septic system for sewage.Please make sure not to flush or trash anything except the toilet paper down the toilet.  
  
Trains: Most of our guests love the occasional sound of trains, which can be heard in the distance. However we have provided earplugs for the guests.
