Well-appointed property in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. A short walk to the mighty Murray river, James King Boat Ramp, children's playground, and the Gol Gol pub. A 5 minute drive to local wineries or Mildura CBD.

This property has everything you need to enjoy time away in beautiful Sunraysia! Spacious dwelling containing central air conditioning and heating, private pool and large outdoor entertaining area. Off street parking available for boats and trailers.
The space
The house is fully self contained with kitchen facilities, outdoor BBQ area, pool, TV, air-conditioning, heating, laundry. The property is pet friendly (outside only), and we supply your essentials including bedding, 1 set of towels, and a limited supply of tea, coffee, soaps, toilet paper etc.

The house is designed to be able to accommodate 2-3 families, with two ensuites and one main bathroom.

Bed configurations are as below:
Bedroom 1 (Blue Room) – sleeps 2 people – 1x queen size bed + ensuite + WIR
Bedroom 2 (Green Room) – sleeps 2 people – 1x queen size bed + ensuite + WIR
Bedroom 3 (Yellow Room) – sleeps 4 people – 2x single bunk bed + BIR
Bedroom 4 (Red Room) – sleeps 3 people – 1x single/double bunk bed + BIR
Side lounge – sleeps 2 people – fold out couch

Please let us know prior to your arrival which bedrooms you would like access to (blue, green, red and/or yellow), as bedrooms not booked will be locked and beds not made up.

Main lounge has a 65" Smart TV, and second loungeroom has a 55" Smart TV with all streaming apps that you can log into.

WIFI throughout property with WIFI boosters so you have access throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make a feast. Both indoor and outdoor (BBQ) cooking supplied and all essential items.

House is located in a quiet street with off street parking available for boats and trailers.

Please leave the home clean and tidy when you depart. We ask that you leave it in the same condition as you have found it. An additional cleaning fee of $70 will apply if house is left dirty/messy.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access all parts of the home (excluding additional bedrooms if they have not been booked)

There is a separate driveway and shed not accessible to guests. This space it let out separately and requires 24 hour access. Whilst this will not disrupt your stay, we ask that you do not block the gravel driveway to the side gate, and give consideration should access to this shed be required.

There is plenty to see in Mildura, we recommend you visit the Mildura or Wentworth Visitor Information Centre, but below is a list of some great attractions:

We are a pet friendly accommodation provider (outside only). We do ask that you watch your furry friends at all times so that no damage is caused. Please cleanup after your pet, additional charges will apply if you do not.
Other things to note
Please take particular note of our strict no noise and no party policies. Events or party groups are not allowed on the property. If you disregard this policy you will be evicted from the property with no refund.

Groups of under 25 years of age are not accepted.
