Welcome to BEACH HOUSE RÜGEN! You’re just about 50 metres away from your vacation home and the fine-sand South Beach of the fashionable Baltic Sea resort of Göhren on Rügen. The two identical half-houses are stylishly designed right up to the roof, each measuring 140 square metres, feature free Wi-Fi, and are equipped with the very finest amenities. Each vacation home has its own sauna, two luxurious bathrooms, three bedrooms with TVs, and, on the upper floor, a huge living area furnished in a Pop Art style, featuring a large kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need, a sofa area, a fireplace, and a TV theatre system. The loft-style living area opens directly onto the large rooftop terrace with a magnificent sea view. On the opposite side is a small, cozy sun balcony with a beach chair. You’ll find even more variety in the fully fenced-in garden, complete with a terrace and a barbecue pit. Our guests also have free access to the indoor pool in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin (about a 10-minute walk or a 1-minute ride on the free local bus). This makes a getaway at BEACH HOUSE RÜGEN well worth it even during the cooler months. Each vacation home has two parking spaces located one behind the other directly on the property.

As guests at this vacation rental, you and your travelling companions have free admission (up to 3 hours daily) to the AHOI! water park with its large sauna area in the neighbouring town of Sellin for the duration of your entire stay. There is NO swimming pool in the house itself.

Upon check-in, you’ll be surprised at first, as this house does not follow the usual layout—living downstairs, sleeping upstairs. The three separate bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a double bed (box spring). Each bedroom has a 32-inch flat-screen TV and is furnished with high-quality HÜLSTA furniture. You’ll also find the sauna on the first floor, as well as a bathroom with double countertop sinks, a walk-in shower, and a special water-air rain shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious living room with a fireplace, ambient lighting, a cozy couch area, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a home theatre sound system, and free Wi-Fi. Just like on the first floor, everything here is furnished with high-quality HÜLSTA furniture. The open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare even the most elaborate dishes. In addition to every kitchen utensil you can imagine, the kitchen features a large refrigerator, a separate freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, an induction cooktop (4 burners), and a microwave. The large dining table for 6 people is perfect not only for meals but also for fun game nights (games are provided). Furthermore, the second bathroom is located on the upper floor, also featuring a floor-level water-air rain shower. Adjacent to the living room—separated only by a sliding glass front—is the large rooftop terrace, fully furnished with outdoor furniture. The garden property is fully fenced.
