The property owners were very nice and helpful, answering all our questions about the city (it was the first time for us to visit Goderich) and giving us all kind of information about the city and its history. The breakfast was amazing and very professionally presented. The weather has been warmer than usual and we got the chance to walk around the little town. The house is old but very well maintained and the upgrades are all modern. We will return to this place in the future.

Don’t hesitate to book this Bed and Breakfast, the rooms are extremely clean as well as the entire property. Super friendly greeting upon arrival it’s a must stay if you’re in the Goderich area. Very easy walk to the downtown as well.

Amazing breakfast, clean room, friendly hosts. The Caesar room was a little small with tiny bathroom. Sink size made it difficult to wash face.

It is a beautifully maintained older home and we really enjoyed using the front closed in sun porch. The breakfasts were amazing as well!

Lovely old home in immaculate condition. Host was friendly and helpful. Gorgeous back yard with lots of various seating areas. Close to town centre. Delicious breakfast.

Lovely place! My room was spotless clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having the creamer in the fridge for the coffee I could make in my room. There was also a large carafe of water in the fridge which was also a nice touch. Connie gave me a great restaurant rec (Train station by the water) and I had an amazing dinner and watched the sunset. It was a perfect end to a long travel day. I slept well and Emilio’s made a delicious breakfast that exceeded anything I have ever gotten at a B and B. This is a lovely sweet home run by a couple who clearly care about their guests and strive to make everything perfect… and it was! Will stay here again when I travel thei Goderich. Loved it!

Fabulous stay
Just a lovely place, a beautiful Victorian house. We very much enjoyed staying here. Connie and Emelios were very friendly. Breakfast was absolutely amazing everyday. Highly recommend.

The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The place was beautiful, clean and quiet. The garden out back was so peaceful. This B and B was in a perfect location. You could walk to everything. The full breakfast was excellent and the welcome drink when we arrived was such a nice added touch.

Lovely old Victorian home
Lovely Victorian B&B with great hosts. The house is fantastic, the breakfast was very nice and we met delightful guests staying as well. The room we were in was extremely small and you really couldn’t move around in the en-suite. We were travelling from out of the country and did not have space in the room for our larger bags. There were larger rooms vacant on the night, and we still paid top dollar on the advertised rates for our accomodation. That was our only concern. The hosts were lovely and offered a drink upon arrival. The area around Goderich is fun to explore and the town has lots of history. We witnessed a beautiful sunset.

Accommodating Hosts with Great Property
I stayed for one night. The location was perfect, and the hosts were very friendly. They even accommodated my work schedule in the morning and prepared a delicious homemade breakfast for me earlier. I really enjoyed the property and the jetted tub. I would highly recommend this bnb.

Great location in a historical building. Host was very accommodating . Had a wonderful breakfast. Very clean. Downfall is a small bathroom which was fine for us but might not work for everyone.

Had the small room and it felt too dry and could not open any window due to the air conditioner. Went to the indoor porch a d got fresh air for awhile and felt better

The air condition has different settings and while in cooling mode recirculates the air in the room in fan mode it can draw fresh air from outside. I would have gladly shown you this feature if you had only let us know that you felt that way during your stay and we hope everything else was to your liking.

The property is excellently maintained and the rooms super clean with all the necessary amenities. We love the gourmet breakfasts and the character of an older but well-kept house. The house is located on a quiet residential street but close to the main section of Goderich. We have stayed at this B&B 3 times and plan to do so again in the future.

Hosts Connie and Emilios were amazing! We got welcome drinks and the breakfast next day was top notch! Very convenient location, easy to start exploring Goderich either walking or by bike. Extremely clean and spacious place (we got the Sunset suite). Definitely recommended you you want to really enjoy your stay in Goderich. We will be back.

Location was very convenient. Two rooms were quite spacious, one was fine and one was a little tight. Hosts were very accommodating and the breakfasts were excellent.

The size of the room is something we unfortunately cannot change, and they are clearly labelled as a smaller room with about 120 sqft of space so that our guests are not surprised by this.

When in Goderich, this is a must place to stay
This was our first time at Colborne BnB. The location is fantastic - 2 to 3 min walk to the city centre but in a very quiet residential area filled with great Ontario architecture. The BnB is wonderful, breakfast was spectacular.

I’m not always an enthusiastic B+B fan, but sought this option for a solo weekend get-away motorbike tour (ie: hoping to have a safe place to tuck away my bike). This place was a best in class - based on the principles of a B+B: great reception effort, friendly, well organized owners, an easy yet informative house intro, as well as the local amenities in town, and the sweet offer of a welcome beverage. And, in a very nicely restored older home. Both my room and the home are perfectly organized. Very clean and very tidy. They’ve thought of everything you may need (like the things I could possibly access at a hotel stay - like coffee, teas, water, snack, etc, all in easy reach in the shared living room / den). There is also a nice enclosed front porch overlooking a picturesque rural Ontario street (with well kept homes, and some great old estates nearby). A back garden area is also at hand. My room is the smallest in the house, yet it was perfectly fitted out - again with thoughtful attention to stay comfort details (from wine glasses, to perfectly positioned reading lamps and tiny Euro styled night stands). Very comfortable bed, with clean and tightly fitted sheets (the bed, funny enough, had been made with high quality linen but made up with hospital precision). Anyhow, great breakfast, good, strong coffee, and a well laid out breakfast setting. So top scores and a plan to return with my spouse next time.
