Reached at the hotel and checked in .. It was not what it looked like in the pics at all. Then the room was not a hotel room it was a appartment which was not clean bed was hard and had a bed sheet that was not changed for probably months .. Room service was missing housekeeping never showed up .. Bathroom - dirty , shower no hot water , no toilet paper and above all broken mirror.
The staff there treats you different if you look Indian .. For instance after 2 days of staying in the hotel the security guard whistles at you like you committed a crime by entering a hotel. When I walked in he was at the reception on the phone and when I reached half way he calls out from the back .. I seen no one treated so badly in the hotel like this before especially at a touristic destination. I am not a complainer but this was way out of line .. I seriously don't understand what standards does or procedures does expedia follow to list a hotel on their site .. I'm currently in Goa staying in a better hotel.. Glad I booked it for 3 days . My stay is till 3 of May.
Just wanna let you know I'm am currently working for Royal Caribbean Curises. So you see I belong to the same industry of tourism and my heart breaks that I get better service when I travel overseas.
I just wanted to let you know that it's the first time in my life of traveling for 7 years that I feel like I have been cheated.
