Lovely hotel in a quiet location with limited choice of local amenities in the surrounding area. Great use of the local transfer to the the beach Joecons restaurant. Food excellent with a wide choice at breakfast and also at dinner. Pity limited sunbeds at the pool. Great service from the reception manager Vincent and team who was very accommodating. Cleaning staff who cleaned our room was also accommodating when we requested little extras.

Good all round property but the system you use for payments and wifi are archaic and way behind th systems in Vietnam, which is a country far behind India in the holiday business.

Rooms were a little basic, 1 draw and only a couple of shelves in cupboards. Pool areas were nice and gardens well maintained. None of the water features were in use and pool jacusie was under maintenance

Ok stay. Clean enough. Very incompetent front desk staff. No help in simple taxi and tour type requests, as well as, a lot of misunderstanding of simple needs. Very unorganized and made me wonder how they actually run such a large facility. Funny enough it’s probably the actual staff not the bosses. A little more than what you should pay but it was clean and safe enough. Breakfast ok. Lunch/dinner very mediocre.

We were on family vacation so we booked 1 room. 2 adults plus 2 kids. Initially we were given a room with 2 joined single beds which was uncomfortable to the kids.after 1 night we were shifted to a double bed room. Then it was ok. I wish it was done from the first day itself. Rest all was good. Would surely recommend the resort to others.

Very beautiful resort
I enjoyed my 3 day stay here. Children's room nd the pool was the best thing since I was travelling with my kids. Staff is very helpful. Resort has so much greenery that it's a pleasure to the eyes.

Well located, services can be improved
Front Office needs to be more cooperative. Wifi made available is not reliable unless one buys an extra pack. Well planned and good facilities and staff are generally very good. A BIG MINUS is the mafia of taxi operators who are nothing but extortionist. The hotel is of no assistance to guests as far as transport is concerned and rates are ridiculous. If you intend to roam around and need transport you need your own vehicle - otherwise avoid this resort. Hence only OK for those with own vehicles or those wanting to relax in-house.

I wasn't really impressed about this hotel. The front of house staff is not particularly welcoming and it took way too long to do a check in and check out.Tired to wait for a check in that we went to eat something to the Garden restaurant. Terrible experience. The quality of the food is less than average and the staff speak barely English. 20 minutes to settle the bill. And the beach is actually 10 min walking.

Do Not be Decieved by the Web, it's a Hoax!!
The Manager would not honor the Hotels.com package that I had including dinner, transfers and a half day sightseeing. A request to replace blown out lights were done 3 days later when it was time to leave. There was no hot water in the shower and it was fixed on the day we left. They would not do anything about a client who was drunk and decided to phone our room late at night twice. Overall it is a good hotel but bad service and rude front desk staff and Managers who refuse to help for anything.

Quiet part of Goa
Stayed here for three nights this month. A quiet part of Goa. Pretty chilled out area. No hustle and bustle of old Goa. The beach is a 10 minute walk. Nice clean beach with very few people. The hotel itself is very quiet. Although I didn't check it out, the live music and dancing at the Restaurant sounded quite lively. Plenty sun-beds . The pool itself is not busy and looked clean. The seafood restaurant has received good reviews. Although I pain for wi-fi access I could not connect from my room and was not offered a refund.

We stayed here with family for 3 days last week. It was an excellent experience overall. A stretch of calm and neat benaulim beach is easily accessible... We had rented a car... However expect it to be 10-15 min walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was reasonably priced and tasty, interesting choices as well as quick service. The complimentary breakfast spread was very good.

Nice hotel close to beach..
Kids bed were not allotted and we were told that Xpedia had not communicated where Xpedia had already charged for it. We had to fight a lot for this. Rooms were small to accommodate 4 ppl. Thursday it was heavily crowded and breakfast was short of fall. All other days was fine.

Nice resort hotel at a walking distance from beach
If you are looking for a quiet stay at Goa in a comfortable resort... Joecon is one good option. Few points : a) resort is some 1 km walk away from Beneulim beach. the beach is very less crowded + it has water sports. good for morning walks on beach. b) they serve a brilliant breakfast with pretty much all indian cuisines... overall food options are very good and tasty. c) rooms are nice and clean, with prompt service.. i will recommend this if you are going with ur family or with ur wife/girlfriend

Great Stay
We reached around 10 PM at night after a long arduous road trip from Bangalore. I had called previous day to confirm my reservation. The staff was really friendly at the counter and did all the formalities in few minutes. Within few minutes we were in the room. Room was spotless clean and bathroom had warm water. The balcony was overlooking the pool and garden restaurant. Everything was perfect. We ordered dinner at the room and found the service staff clean and friendly. The food was great. The room bar was filled with drinks and snacks. Next day morning complimentary buffet breakfast was exemplary. Overall our family vacation was memorable at Joecons. A great thumbs up to the entire staff for such great warmth in service.

It was rainny season so not much of the sun, hotel does not have facilities to use except spa. I stayed there for 15 day electricity went off more than 10 times in a day and somtimes even more than 10 times. Food is spicy regardles if you ask less spice. Brekfast was the same every day. 6:30am loud noises and slaming the doors. Needs more diversaty. Room service orders more easy to take mot one day from restourant next day from coffe shop. Staf were nice and polite, room clean however over all expiriance not very memorable and nice.

Nice getaway hotel
The resort is well maintained and good. The only problem I can think of is far from commercial places and there are no restaurants, travel option near the resort. The resort restaurant is not that great. So either you have to hire taxi or rent a vehicle to move around even for food.

Great facilities let down by haphazard service
Hmm, this place has a lot of potential but the staff are poorly trained and I don't like the constant attempts to rip you off on Taxi's and tours which are grossly overinflated over the prices you can get if you walk just 2 mins out of the hotel.
