Nice hotel but needs work on the processes
Hotel is situated 500 meters away from in one of the most famous beaches in Goa Candolim. Hotel's look and feel is quite posh with modern building structure and facilities. There's not enough parking at the hotel. You can only park maximum of 2 cars whereas hotel offers 20 rooms. Staff is polite however seems bit helpless at times due to their tedious processes. First snapshot was when we checked in and one of their staff came into our room to do stocktake on mini bar and got us to sign on the piece of paper. This was first time ever for me. Everyday during breakfast when we ordered bottled water which wasn't included in the package, we had to wait 10 minutes for them to prepare the docket so that we can sign so it could be charged to our room. Seems like they didn't have a spare key to our room. Second day when we were leaving we asked them if our rooms could be cleaned. They asked for our room keys so that they could gain access. During the checkout process it took them ages to prepare the invoice. They made a mess while charging us and added items to the bill that we didn't consume. They sent one of their staff up to the room to check everything. They also charged us for the complimentary water that we put in the fridge to cool it down. By this time we were getting quite late to be on our way to the airport so i asked them if rush it but they wouldn't budge. So I pretty much gave away extra money and asked them to keep the change. By this time I was quite frustrated.

Not very good hotel
My experience was not very good with the hotel.It is highly pricey compared to cleanliness and services. The room flooring was not clean. The bedsheets were also pale and unclean. Also, at night at 1 am out of nowhere hotel staff started knocking on the door and opened it thinking someone else is staying in this room.This was ridiculous and scary.

Pleasant stay
Location is on main road. Beach is about 10-15 mins walk. Swimming pool is well maintained and never crowded. Vehicle Parking space is limited. Staff is helpful. Rates mentioned at hotel reception were about 20% higher than sites. Staff readily accepted instant booking from website offering maximum discount.

Modern boutique hotel
Staff: They accommodated our late check-in, as well as a late check-out without any issue. The front desk staff always assisted us with calling taxis. After a minor struggle, the hotel refunded us for a supposedly "compulsory" New Years Eve dinner that the hotel was hosting. This dinner was not outlined at the time of booking; the staff appeared to know this since they asked us when exactly did we book the rooms. After we emailed them our time stamped confirmations, they refunded us. So, at the end of the day, we were satisfied, though you could tell the staff was not pleased with us because of the refund. The cleaning, baggage handling, and restaurant staff were all extremely friendly. Room: A/C in the room was very effective at cooling down the room. The sheets were clean most days, but we noticed several spots on the bedding after the last time our room was cleaned. A trail of ants appeared after I left an opened package of biscuits on the nightstand furthest from the balcony. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided, and it took several requests for them to finally bring us more. Food: Breakfast was fine. Besides the Indian breakfast buffet, they offered eggs however you like and toast. We also had room service a couple of times, which was a lot tastier (and speedier) than I expected it to be -- we had fried rice and a salt and pepper shrimp dish. Location: OK. The hearts of the nearby touristy areas were a 20-30 min walk away so we used taxis often.
