For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), large garden 1'000 m2, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (above ground) (seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 16 km, railway station 12 km. Children's playground 200 m. Nearby attractions: Zamek Lubomirskich i Potockich 400 m, Muzeum Gorzelnictwa 2 km. Please note: motorway 7 km from the property.  
2-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer) with dining table and dining nook. Sep. WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and 1 double bed.
