Discover the luxurious "Butterfly Lux," a modern and comfortable single-family house built in 2019, offering a private and peaceful retreat in the countryside of Wojtaszyce, Poland. Surrounded by a fenced 6,000 m2 property, this vacation rental boasts an inviting 25 m2 swimming pool with a depth range of 160 - 160 cm, available seasonally from May 1st to October 30th. Enjoy recreational amenities such as a table tennis setup, volleyball court, and a barbecue area. Indoors, you'll find a playroom, trampoline, and access to 8 bicycles for exploring the surroundings. Convenient parking and an EV charging station are available on the premises.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the countryside surrounding "Butterfly Lux." The spacious 6,000 m2 fenced property provides a private sanctuary for your vacation rental experience. Soak up the sun by the 25 m2 swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 160 to 160 cm, available from May 1st to October 30th each year. Engage in outdoor adventures with the on-site table tennis, volleyball court, and barbecue area, perfect for entertaining and creating lasting memories.

"Butterfly Lux" offers an array of convenient amenities and local attractions. Shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, and restaurants are located within a short driving distance, ranging from 1.5 km to 5 km away. Public transportation is easily accessible with a bus stop just 300 meters from the property. Enjoy the nearby public bathing area at a lake situated 10 km away. For outdoor enthusiasts, a riding stable is situated 5 km from the property, and a children's playground is conveniently located 200 meters away. Additionally, guests can indulge in local farm products available for purchase nearby and explore the exclusive private forest. Please note that a fishing permit is required for fishing activities, which can be purchased on-site in Anielin.

"Butterfly Lux" is ideally situated near several attractions and points of interest. Międzyzdroje, a popular destination, is located approximately 90 km away. Guests can enjoy various recreational activities on the premises, including an electronic and arcade games room spanning 25 m2, equipped with ICE HOCKEY, DART, ARCADE KOMP, and TABLE FOOTBAL games. The property also features a children's house in the garden, available for guests' use. Please be aware that the water supply comes from a deep well with a specific smell.

Unit Layout  
This 5-room vacation house offers a spacious 175 square meters of living space. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, radio, and a hi-fi system for your entertainment. The bedrooms are divided into four separate rooms: one room with a double bed and TV, two rooms with two beds each (90 cm, length 200 cm), and one room with a set of bunk beds (1 x 2 beds, 80 cm, length 160 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer. The property also provides two bathrooms, one with a bath/WC and the other with a shower/WC. Outside, you'll find a large 45 square meter terrace with four deck chairs for relaxation. Additionally, the house offers Internet (WiFi) access, a barbecue area, and is pet-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
