The total living area of 70 m² spans two floors and features a well-conceived layout with a total of three rooms, ensuring accommodation for up to four guests. Two separate bedrooms provide restful sleeping arrangements, each equipped with carpeting to create a cozy atmosphere, while the living room boasts beautiful wooden flooring. The heated interiors, complemented by an oil-based central heating system, guarantee comfort year-round.
