The place is characterized by a quiet and idyllic location. Each year, hundreds of surfers after Polchow because the Jasmund is ideal for beginners - but also for professionals (Shallow). To the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a few minutes. The house stands on a landscaped private grounds. It is for max. 3 persons and features a living room, 2 sep. Bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. 1000m² Grundstücksfläsche invites you to relax and play for the small and big guests. Before the house there is a furnished terrace. The large garden provides ample space for good times outdoors. A barbecue and a campfire site are also available. The property has a parking space, and storage facilities for bicycles that can be rented on site. In the immediate vicinity is a fish restaurant (2 minutes). The small sandy beach on the bay is located just 500m. For the Baltic Sea beach of Schaab, according Glowe, you need about 20 min. By bike. We are looking forward to your visit. Aber eine Kleinigkeit hat uns doch sehr gestört,das der Nachbar seinen Müll auf kürzesten Weg durch unseren privaten Garten geht um ihn zu entsorgen. Beim zweiten Mal als er wieder durchlaufen wollte habe ich ihn drauf angesprochen das er es doch bitte bleiben lassen soll. Daraufhin hat er sich umgedreht und ist zu seinem Ausgang raus.Es ist nicht angenehm wenn man auf dem Liegestuhl liegt im Privatgarten und der Nachbar läuft einen im Garten vorbei obwohl er einen eigenen Eingang hat. Die großen Fenster lassen auch bei trüben Himmel viel Licht rein. Am Ende der Auffahrt gibt es einen großen gemeinsamen Garten mit Blick auf den entfernten Bodden. Hab hier die Sonnenuntergänge genossen. Und er bietet für Kinder viel Platz zum Spielen. Direkt am Haus liegt ein durch eine Hecke abgetrenntes, persönliches Gärtchen mit Terrasse, Sonnenschirm, Tisch, Stühlen und Sonnenliegen. Und den Grill nicht zu vergessen. Herrlich! ##### Ruth K.
