« Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 »

« Kristi and Ed are very attentive hosts who were communicative throughout the booking process and stay. When we arrived, they introduced us to their property which included a welcome gift basket of foods and chilled wine in the refrigerator for us. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike...

« We had another wonderful stay on the lake with our dogs! Cottage was just as great as it was 3 years ago & the new owners were lovely! Excellent communication, cottage was clean and cozy, as described with a few upgrades! We loved sitting on the enclosed porch or gated deck with a drink after a hike or mountain bike ride & our dogs just relaxed on their beds looking at the beautiful lake view. The community beach was a great way to cool off after the days activities & the BBQ grill was perfect...

"I arrived around 4:30 PM, and there was no one available to assist me. I had no idea what to do, especially since there’s no cell reception in the area. I hadn’t received the email explaining the check-in procedure. I turned to a waitress from the restaurant for help, but she told me the restaurant operates independently and that she couldn’t assist me. I tried to figure things out on my own, and thankfully, a kind guest showed me how to connect to the Wi-Fi. About 30 minutes later, I was finally able to access the information I needed and understood where to go and what to do. The accommodation is indeed clean, but unfortunately, my neighbors have two dogs that won’t stop barking. I politely asked them to quiet the dogs, but nothing has changed. And to come back to my initial point—since there’s no staff on site, I’m completely left on my own. It’s truly disappointing because this place has so much potential for a great stay, but these issues make the experience frustrating."
