We were in town for a family reunion in Lanesville and this house allowed us easy travel all around Cape Ann. Only about an hour away from Boston, we even took in a game at Fenway. The trip was great! The property only includes the first floor of a two story house, but there is plenty of space and two outdoor decks to use. The space is very private. Although we could hear the upstairs neighbor occasionally, we never felt like the place wasn’t our “space.” It was great being only a few minutes walk from several beaches, a nice park with playground for our kids, and all of the great shops and restaurants on and near Main Street. The unit is arranged with a king size bed room and bathroom on each end which was nice spacing for 2 couples. It has a big functional kitchen and multiple tables for dining. The toilets needed adjustment and the hot water faucet was to be fixed. No ice as the ice maker was shut off and we didn't realize it. AMAZING location. Beautiful view of the water. Super close to restaurants and shops and the hotel where the wedding was. 2\. AMAZING communication with the property management company. They called me multiple times to confirm things, ensure I had everything I needed, and they even helped me with the rental and set up of a crib. I was beyond impressed. Plus everyone was super nice and friendly. 3\. ADORABLE house. Great space, clean, and had everything we needed.
