« Interesting rambling hotel built into the hillside, resulting in multiple steps up to the bedrooms. Excellent restaurant and friendly and helpful staff. Minor niggles on the plumbing & shower: the cold pipe appear to be bundled with the hot and produces tepid water unless run for a long time - not ideal in a heatwave. The soap dispensers are about head level that make them awkward to operate. A lower location would be better. No basket or shelf in the shower for flannel or own soap or shampoo. »

« Stayed in the Scudamore apartment for a few days. The property is easy to find with plenty of parking. Easy access and both Nadia and Claire were very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. The apartment has absolutely everything we needed, very comfortable, clean and tidy. The shower is excellent and milk tea coffee were provided as well as the very much appreciated mini jaffas. Will definitely stay again. »

« Arrived and were able to check in an hour earlier, we were shown to our room, and windows had been opened to allow the heat to escape. Amazing views. Room very clean and everything you need, water great selection of teas and coffees, and more importantly a fan. Great quirky pub to enjoy a drink and meal. Very friendly staff and other guests and locals very friendly. Great puppy cuddles with Angus a huge bonus. Would definitely stay again. »
