Being centrally located means you'll hear some city sounds, especially at weekends when the nightlife gets going. It's the trade-off for having everything within walking distance - shops, cafes, the railway station, and easy access to major routes for work sites across the county.  
  
The area comes alive during the day with local workers and shoppers, then quiets down on weekday evenings. Perfect if you're here on business and want to explore Gloucester's historic docks and dining scene without needing a car.  
  
Weekends can be livelier with people enjoying the restaurants and bars nearby, so pack some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Most of our contractor guests appreciate being so central - no commute into town for meetings or meals.  
  
Getting Around:  
Perfectly positioned for business travel and local work assignments. The railway station is just a 15-minute walk, connecting you directly to Birmingham, Bristol, London, and the South West - ideal for meetings or site visits.  
  
Local buses run regularly from nearby stops, and the city centre is easily walkable. Free parking between 6pm - 8am means you can bring your van or car without worry about permits or fees. As well as having 1 parking space allocated just for you.  
  
For contractors working locally, you're well-placed for quick access to the M5 (Junction 12 is closest), making it easy to reach sites across Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties. Taxis are readily available, and the docks area has plenty of dining options within walking distance after a long day on site.

For your security and ours, we may ask to see ID before sending your check-in details. This helps us ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable during their stay.  
  
No Smoking Policy  
Our properties are completely smoke-free to keep them fresh and comfortable for all guests. If there's any evidence of smoking inside, we'll need to charge a £50 cleaning fee to restore the space for the next guests.  
  
Key Safety  
Please keep your keys safe during your stay! If keys go missing, there's a £50 replacement charge, and we may need to change the locks for security - so do pop them somewhere safe when you're out and about.  
  
Keeping Things Peaceful  
We're in a city centre location, so we ask that you keep noise levels considerate of neighbours. Large gatherings or parties aren't suitable for this space. If we receive noise complaints, we may need to end your stay early to be fair to other residents nearby.

We trust our guests to respect the property and follow UK law during their stay. Any illegal activities will result in immediate cancellation of your booking, and we'll involve the appropriate authorities if needed.
