The space
Rare opportunity to experience an authentic Gloucester vacation right on the harbor! Conveniently pull into the 2 provided parking spots and step up to your front deck overlooking the specular harborside. Upon entering the recently updated duplex you'll immediately be greeted by all the light and bright coastal colors and details.

On the first floor you'll find a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless appliances and complementary coffee and tea. Head into a comfortable living room with pull-out sofa and large smart TV. The first floor also has a full bathroom which conveniently includes a washer and dryer. perfect. The first floor bedroom is furnished with its own smart TV and cozy bay window sitting area.

Head up the stairs and you'll find 2 more coastal style bedrooms with queen beds. This floor also boasts a large bathroom with double vanity, shower, and separate whirlpool tub. In the backyard you'll find a lovingly cared for lawn with gardens and private deck for al fresco dining & summer grilling.

• This is a duplex but you will have hour own fenced in backyard with private patio
• The home is very quiet but there is a busy road outside so parents should stay attentive of children when entering

It was a beautiful location with a fantastic view of the water. Lots of restaurants nearby. Close to Rockport and Halibut Point State Park. The accommodations were unique and eclectic. The location was ideal.

Well kept; clean and attractively decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchenhas just about every item you would require to fully cook if you so chose to do so. Appliances are up-to-date and clean. Rooms are bright and cheery. Location is central if you wish to head north or south to attractions. And, a very private backyard.

Great cottage, lovely town
0ur group of six (3 couples) really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is cozy and comfortable. We split our time between playing games in the breakfast nook, and exploring Gloucester. We loved all the details, from the small yard/garden/grill to handy shelves and closets and stellar views. We grove to Good Habor Beach every evening for a cold dip in the sea and enjoyed seafood every day.

Wonderful property
The property was lovely, well cared for and lots of light. Parking is a little tight, but completely doable for two vehicles. Unfortunately the weather was blustery so we didn't enjoy much time outside, but the location was easy to get around from. We recommend it with no reservations!

The location is perfect for our getaway. The view of the harbor, beautiful. The house is quaint and roomy. Very true to the environment. Beds are comfortable, sheets were soft,. We had every convenience available at the house. Even the washer and dryer. Couldn’t have been better! Thank you to our host, providing every comfort. Blissful Stay on the Harbor
I can’t say enough positive things about our stay on the harbor. The house is just as advertised, convenient parking, very friendly neighbors and a beautiful place to wake up each morning. Rachel is a great host and very communicative. We will be booking a return stay! Travel tip: it’s a great spot to stay if you’re looking to train into Salem and avoid the crowds. Wonderful downtown shopping and dining too!

We've been looking for this place for a long time!
We have been going to Gloucester each Fall for a few years and have always talked about finding a place that we could stay on the harbor. You know, just like we actually did what we always talk about and moved there! But there never seems to be anything right on the harbor, until now! An absolutely lovely place that has a glorious view of the Gloucester Harbor from just about every window. I think the place has just been completely done as everything is new and very tidy. Very high end fixtures and counters in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The neighborhood is very quiet and very residential so you can leave your windows open at night if you desire. The layout was just about perfect and the living room is even inviting with comfortable places to sit. We have found this to be a rarity in most of the places we stay. Comfortable furniture generally does not seem to be a priority. It is here. We walked "uptown" every night of our stay to check out the great seafood restaurants in the main part of the harbor. Nice private parking right at the front door. All in all a 5 star stay in an area that is really hard to find anywhere to stay. We will be back!

Fabulous Stay at Gloucester!!
The place was amazingly beautiful. Very updated, spacious bedrooms, beautiful views of the harbor. The backyard is its own little oasis and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Everything was extremely top notch, with windows everywhere. Would definitely like to come back and stay again!

Wonderful suprise!
This last minute booking for us was wonderful suprise! The property sleeps 8 plus but there were only two of us. It was very clean, had plenty of space, and thoughtfully presented . Kitchens and bathrooms were very equipped with all one might need, living room area had plenty of pillows, blankets, games, puzzles etc etc. The weather did not allow us to use any beach things, but they were available. The property description was exactly as stated and we would not hesitate to stay here again! Communication with host was very prompt and helpful. Great for families as there was a lot of room and personal space. My own concern was the lack of shades in the kitchen area. There were shades in all other areas of the home. Again, so nice to have a great place to stay in the area.
