This particular unit is Unit 1 with street parking right in front of a private courtyard with a BBQ. The Unit itself has an open concept with a large Livingroom and Kitchen. There is one bedroom with a king bed and a second smaller bedroom with a futon. The bathroom is also spacious with a shower in it. These units are updated but managed to keep its 1900 charm. This is technically 2 bedrooms however the second room is small and only has a futon. There is also a rollaway cot that will fit in the second room or the livingroom. \*no tub; only shower\* \*no washer/dryer currently; we are working on getting them installed\* \*\*there are 4 steps getting into the property but none once inside\*\*\* \*\*Please note that this is unit 1 of 5\. There may be other tenants in other units during your stay. This unit does not have a tub; only a shower. \*\*Parking for this unit is right in front of the courtyard for this unit. The condo has been updated and It's more economical and spacious than any of the hotels, with a separate bedroom for the kids, a good size kitchen and even living area.
