« Personnel très sympathique et disponible, propreté exemplaire, seuls bémol, j'avais réservé sous critère baignoire, j'ai eu une douche. Second point, (l' on m'a installé au 1 er étage avec vu sur le jardin du voisin qui y travaillait ( environ 6 mètres et à même hauteur ) donc mon bref séjour c'est passé rideau de nuit tirés...) Bon pour une nuit je ne dirai rien mais pas pour des vacances en famille plusieurs jours... »

« Supertrevlig personal, jättefint hotell, sköna sängar och god frukost. Blev dock väldigt varmt på rummet under natten. Enda anmärkningen jag har är att jag tycker det är så synd när hotell vill ha det öppet till badrummet. Det framgår visserligen tydligt på bilderna (därför har jag inte sänkt betyget) att badrummet inte är ett eget rum men jag förstår inte hur man kan tro att folk inte vill ha möjlighet till lite privacy när man ska duscha och gå på toaletten. Det blir också väldigt opraktiskt...

« L'hôtel (et Zell am See) semblait assez désert dans ce contexte sanitaire particulier. La réception de l'hôtel était fermée et il fallait se rendre à l'hôtel Latini attenant (les deux hôtels communiquent sans vraiment sortir dehors). C'est un mal pour un bien car cela permet de profiter de la qualité de l'accueil et des services (petit-déjeuner) du Latini ! Chambre avec balcon et vue sur les montagnes très agréable. Parking intérieur inclus dans la chambre. Une excellente étape avant de partir...

« Hôtel fantastique, déco soignée, petit-déjeuner très varié où chacun y trouve son compte, personnel extrêmement serviable et souriant, nombreuses petites attentions, activités pour tous et à différents horaires. Un grand bravo et merci à Sylvia du club enfant ! Il manque peut-être une aire de jeu extérieure pour les enfants (toboggans, murs d'escalade, ...). »
