There was a air conditioner rolled into the living room and it worked okay if you left it on most of the day. Bed was comfy place was clean. We choose this property for is proximity to Amtrak and the restaurants of downtown and it did not disappoint. It was an easy walk to everything Glenwood Springs had to offer. Any issues we experienced were expeditiously handle by the host. On checkout day, Amtrak was running late and Dustin was kind enough to give us a later checkout time. Management company and cleaning crew are definitely letting this owner down and need to be fired immediately. Repairs to plumbing, outdoor furniture and attention to detail in cleaning inside and out as well as proper laundry washing and drying without cutting corners and time are needed.
