This charming historic brick home is located on the main thoroughfare offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, just a short walk from a variety of restaurants, grocery store, and the world-famous hot springs pool and Glenwood Adventure Park. Ski Sunlight is 12 miles, world-class fishing on the Roaring Fork and Colorado Rivers. Aspen 42 miles and Vail 60 miles. Experience the best of what Glenwood has to offer in this downtown charming four bedroom two full bath house. Upstairs has the main living room, fully equipped kitchen and large dinning room, two cozy bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed with a TV, the second bedroom features a bunk bed and queen bed. Downstairs, offers two additional bedrooms both with queen beds and another full bath, along with a spacious family room perfect for lounging with an American Leather pull out sofa with a queen bed. There is a game room with a poker table, arcade game, smart TV, and the laundry room. Outside has a patio with beautiful gardens, dinning, grill and a fire pit. Enjoy the best of Colorado living at this perfectly located charming home. Full access to the house, front and backyard yards a garage area to store, bikes, ski equipment or luggage in case of an early arrival upon requests. We will give you the entire house and privacy, however we are here for any questions, concerns, recommendation and of course emergencies. \- \*\*Pull-Out Sofa:\*\* Please do not close the pull-out sofa with any linens on it, as this can bend the frame. There was plenty of room for all of us plus some extra and it was very clean when we arrived. Be aware the stairs down to the basement are quite steep so those rooms aren’t for people with mobility issues. The home is spacious and fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and offered many amenities. The location is great. We traveled to Glenwood Springs by train and were able to walk most places. 1 1/2 blocks away was Central Market and Walgreens. There was a bus stop there, you could choose to ride the bus within city limits free of charge. FYI they even allow luggage if it doesn’t block the asile. We were able to take it to the Adventure Park snd Glenwood Springs Hot Springs, which offers a huge family pool. We even took it to Walmart where it was a short walk to the meeting place for a rafting experience, The home was so comfortable, we had 9 of of stay there and never felt crowed. The bathrooms were well done, one upstairs and one down. The kitchen and dining area accommodated all our needs. We had so much fun! I would recommend this vacation home to anyone. ##### Judith J.
