It was cute, had pretty much everything we needed. The bed and living areas were comfortable. Loved the little touches and updates. It was in walking distance to restaurants, there's a City Market and Target withing a 5-10 minute drive. The only things we didn't care for much was that the directions for parking were tricky and the alley/parking was tight for our Honda Pilot. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to downtown nightlife, easy walk to the Hot Springs, and a very nice walk to some local hikes. The house was very clean, comfortable, had a beautiful/modern design with lots of attention to detail. And the owner left great instructions and was easily reachable for any questions. Well appointed, coffe and creamer on hand to start each morning, and enough room to store the supplies we brought. The location was perfect for exploring downtown shops, restauratns and bars.
