We couldn’t have asked for a better location, close in proximity to both Glenwood Springs downtown and Sunlight Mountain. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed and the view from the deck were to die for!! That's where we spent most of our time (when we weren't down in the large yard playing croquet)! Our group was thrilled with the hot tub on the deck and the Pac-Man Arcade game in the downstairs family room! The communication with the hosts was top notch. Very responsive. This was a great spot, and perfect hot tub views. This shares a yard with another SA property with a gate, which was awesome since we had both properties and could easily go back and forth. The accommodations were great with each couple having their own private bathroom. The large laundry room was a plus. We really enjoyed the large deck and views. Location is about 15 minutes from skiing and made for a great home base. Plenty of room for large groups to socialize and mingle all together or split into small groups as needed. We had a grand time plenty of space to dread out , we are new friends and we are just getting to know each other!!Some what a spur of the moment idea !!!I will definitely be using this specific property again !!!I do quite a bit of traveling throughout the year and usually use VRBO I have already placed this specific property as favorite!!! Having no neighbors was a plus , the wildlife on the property a definite surprise ( doe and her fawn gaggle of turkeys nears the coyote’s in the distance !!! Our kids enjoyed the arcade and playing in the huge back yard, we saw deer every day, and the view was like a postcard! We loved spending time on the deck and in the hot tub, with beautiful mountains all around. The location provides easy access to downtown and other activities, but is still secluded and quiet. The house was perfect for our group of 8\. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed for cooking a Thanksgiving feast. The large dining table was perfect for meals and games. Plenty of beds for kids to have there own spaces, bathrooms and good sized downstairs room for them to hang out with TV and old school video game console w/Pacman and other games. Everything was clean and comfy. We loved eating our meals on the back deck. The view of the mountains was stunning. Not sure i've ever stayed at such a well stocked VRBO. The master bath is amazing--the three showerheads...wow! Close enough for a quick car ride to Glenwood Springs, but far enough away to experience all the beauty. It is a great place. The only reason I'm giving 4 star is because of the little confusion at the instruction page. The page says $30 extra per person. I was okay with it, but it should have said $30 per person per night. I'd suggest this needs to be clear and understandable. Everything else was wonderful, perfect stay!
