I want to give a shout out to the staff. I had the key fob fall out of my coat pocket when i was brushing snow off my car, and left without it. I called the front desk when i realized it was missing 30 miles down the road, and the attendant, who's name starts with a G, i believe, went out and found it in the snow, then called me back to let me know. I really appreciate her help!

The price was right and hotel was very nice. Breakfast was not very good but passable for hotel breakfast. Coffee was good and hot and staff was very accommodating. Will stay there next time in town.

I think this is one of the nicest hotels in the area- clean and quiet- friendly staff. Could improve in the breakfast area- seems every other day is some not so good looking corned beef and hash from a can- but otherwise no other complaints.

Great find
Fantastic newer hotel in a friendly small midwestern town with great food options. Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large and very comfortable, but as the case in most hotels showers and tub are not maintained well enough. Some mold in tub area and slow drains. Overall I would stay here again.

Great hotel!
The room was exceptionally clean. The pool area was super fun. Breakfast was very well maintained despite being an extremely busy weekend for a wedding.

Fire alarm problems all night
The fire alarm in the room next door went off multiple time between 1:00 am and 5:00 am many people gathered in the hall to see what/where it was. I reported it to the desk and the response of the older manager was “no one else complained” If you don’t mind losing a nights sleep it’s a nice small hotel.

I selected a room with a king size bed. When we entered the room the AC unit had a very noisy fan, and the bed was only a queen. The shower head kept falling down and rotating on the grab handle that it was mounted to, and that caused water to run all over the bathroom floor. Other than that the room was clean. They must have over booked because the room we got was not what I selected online.

Pure Chaos
Check in was very chaotic, we had booked and paid for two rooms and they had only one room in their system. Manager not helpful at all. After 40 minutes and one of the front desk employees threatening to quit his job, the issue was finally resolved and the 2nd room was "found". Also - check in started at 3 pm and many rooms were not ready, which caused a lot of people having to wait 30+ minutes.
