"Great location: close to the Capitola village, but off the main street so it stays quiet. We took our coffee down to the beach each morning and enjoyed the sunrise over the water. Well appointed and clean, timely communication with the host. We would stay here again. "

"We visited family in San Jose for a wedding and stayed at this la toon for a week. It was clean, easy to locate and we felt safe leaving and arriving. "

"The Manresa Surf House was a perfect location for our family vacation. We were secluded yet close enough to town, which made for easy trips. The home was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and “at home”. The outside area was very inviting with ample seating, an outdoor grill. a fire pit, hammock, and games.
