Lakefront Mountain Cabin on Lake Glenville, NC
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"The property was beautiful and the hosts were very helpful! It was the perfect spot for a getaway with friends! The location was perfect as it was a short drive from town and right on a gorgeous lake, where we had access to canoes and kayaks. We went on a few gorgeous hikes around the area (Whiteside Mountain, High Falls, and Rainbow Fallls at Gorges National Park). I highly recommend staying here, and I can’t wait to book my next trip!"

"The phots and description does not do this place justice. It was well stocked and very clean. It is a simple cabin that has been created to allow for total relaxation. Has a lovely firepit with chairs to relax qnd enjoy the mountain view. Even if it rains the chairs on the porch make it perfect to curl up and listen. Our 1 year old pup absolutely loved being able to run and play and chase down her ball or Frisby."

Birds eye view of Lake Glenville and beyond

"The home is beautiful and accurately portrayed in the profile. We had 6 adults and an infant and the accommodations were very spacious and comfortable. The furnishings were very attractive and the kitchen was well equipped for meals in. The outdoor space (covered deck) was awesome. Wood burning fireplace and gas grill with stunning views of Lake Glenville. Short 12 min drive to Cashiers. 4-wheel would be a must to scale the driveway (and get to the area period!) in winter weather. Overall, a...

"My wife and I took our family away for a weekend to simply relax. Our daughter and her husband are expecting their first baby and needed a baby-moon before he gets here. Our son and his girlfriend enjoyed seeing each other since he graduated from Western Carolina and she's still a student (only 15-20 min drive). The house was perfect for a relaxing weekend. We brought the supplies and made pizzas in the pizza oven, while enjoying a fire in the firepit, and watching an outdoor movie! There is a...
