« Love it love it love it. Kids loved it and we did too. The house was a great get away from the city life, the view, the quiet and the simple fact that everything we wanted to go do is less than 10mins away driving was a big plus. Everything in the house worked great.Too great may I say that the A/C in the house had to turned off for a few hrs because of got too cold inside, knowing outside was HOT. The drive to the location of the house was super easy to find and get to. It is also pet friendly...

« Property is an amazing place. Very vintage. Really unique with the indoor pool and hot tub. Due to technical difficulties and a health issue, we had to cut our stay short. The owner was very helpful about the situation. Be prepared for a very windy road to get to the property. »

So very cool to watch and cheer them on. « The home was lovely and just as pictured. This was a convenient stop over location for us during a backpacking and fishing trip and it was great to have comfortable beds, a washer/dryer and all the amenities to reset for the second leg of our camping vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer! »

« We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. « First, many thanks to the owner. The place really for the bill. Now for the details. The property was clean, and stocked with some bare necessities (coffee - pods and grounds). The description and images matched what we saw and expected. WiFi works great. The only concern is the steep driveway to the house. The owner thankfully sent advice to turn the cars around at the top. Backing down would have been a little crazy.Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay. I would recommend this...
