"We had a very lovely two-day stay at Ashley's little bungalow - we would stay there again! We loved the colorful and unique decor and the proximity to downtown. Ashley was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to the few questions we had leading up to and after arrival. We read one review that said that the house took a while to warm up, so we asked Ashley to turn the heather on before our arrival, and the house was nice and toasty when we got there. "Was a wonderful home for stay in Chico for family wedding. Stephanie was very responsive, very friendly. Home was equipped with everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Would definitely stay again!"

"The house is super clean, spacious, homie and very cute! A group of us stayed there it was a perfect location for us and very close to our event. It’s in a very peaceful and quiet setting right in the middle of a farm. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re passing through the area. Way better than a hotel!! "

"The little house is in a perfect location. We hit the walking trail first thing in the morning, which was lovely. The house itself has everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and we had a peaceful night's sleep. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. "

Everything we needed was provided, the furnishings were comfortable, and the location was perfect - just a few short blocks to the park and to town. I kinda don't want to let the secret out so that next time I'm looking for accommodations, you won't have snatched it up! "

"Stayed here with my mother in law and three daughters. It was plenty of room for us and was clean. The beds are very comfortable. We were happy to find a Brita in the fridge, so there is filtered water. Kitchen towels and potholders would be a great addition!:)"
