It was clean, comfortable, and QUIET. (And so cozy feeling) Was also SUPER dog friendly with 2 dog runs!! Solid WiFi and smart tv. I’m recovering from major neck surgery and really appreciated the updated shower and magnetic shower head. The hot tub was great. (Clean and hot) Also notable is the lighting. It’s very well lit both inside and out, while still maintaining the seclusion/privacy of the location. There is so much to do if you’re looking to get outdoors VERY close by. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. My kids commented that the bedding and towels were all very soft! The location was great for day trips when the kids weren’t in the creek. We spent a day castle hopping on the Uncle Sam’s boat tour in Alexandria Bay (hour drive), then another day swimming, fishing, and hiking at Whetstone State Park (20 minute drive), and a day at Enchanted Forest Water Safari (hour drive). We shouldn’t have brought any food with us because we LOVED Miller’s Market(10 minute drive)We picked up scallops, ribs, and DONUTS! Everything was delicious! The cottage was tucked away in a quiet private Adk village. Our pup loved the creek as much as the kids did! We completely enjoyed our stay! ##### Kelly O.
