"Loved the location and the quaint house. Comfortable beds. We were unable to lock the downstairs door, and had to prop a chair under the handle. This should be looked at. Stairs to the beach are deteriorated. Handrail bolts at the top are all falling out - this rail will fall off soon - This should be repaired. Did you find a rolled up men's dress shirt in the bedroom with two beds? I sure would like to get it back. A great stay in a wonderful house."

"I loved my view from the balcony. What i didnt like was that when we got there the space wasn't totally clean, i had to call and ask to have them finish cleaning it. Then some random couple cane into our condo thinking it was theirs and was told it was cleaning crew thinking we had checked out when in fact that wasnt the case. "the house was amazing and the view was spectacular. The carpets had stains throughout the house and had stains on the couches upstairs as well which was very concerning since I didn't know what the stains were. everything else was amazing but i would suggest getting the jets upgraded a little more in the hot tub. "This is a great place to stay in Lincoln City. A short walk to the beach if you are looking for a beautiful place to take a stroll in the early mornings or look for sea stars in the tide pools at low tide. The neighborhood is safe and the pool is right across the street when the kids want to go for a swim in a heated pool. We will definitely look to book Sand Seeker again when we return to Lincoln City."

"you have 2 chopping/slicing knives that really need sharpening so as not to be dangerous The water dispenser on the refrigerator door needs someone to clean the dispenser tip with bleach to get rid mold (easy for most folks to miss!) The kitchen rug by the sink is extremely slippery-suggest something with no-skid rug. We never could figure out how to turn on the gas fireplace-maybe some printed instructions? missing HDMI cable to Roku-possible someone took it? Luckily, son had some extra cables...
