Comforts of home w/the fun of the lake; garage/hottub/laundry & more Home away from home awaits you in this Glendo lake retreat. 4 bed/2.5 bath sleeps 10 comfortably. You will love catching up with friends and family in the kitchen, dining, living area. Kitchen and dining room are spacious and there is a dining table set for 6\. The kitchen and living room have large windows that have great views of the lake. There is additional seating at the kitchen island to catch-up while cooking or baking. There is direct access from the kitchen / dining out to the back patio through a sliding glass door where you can sit at the picnic tables and enjoy the beautiful scenery, or look out for deer, rabbits, and birds that often frequent the area. Main Floor living room is set up with a smart tv and surround sound, dvd player, games and puzzles to enjoy. The master bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv, full master bath with shower/tub, Also on the main floor there is a 2nd bedroom with a twin bunk bed set up as well as a half bath. Feel free to pack light for your stay, there is also a full size washer and dryer for your use. The fully finished basement has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom including a shower, family room that has a huge 73 inch smart tv, surround sound, dvd player and theater seating in the 2 leather recliner sofas. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the basement nook area. The basement also has a foosball table and an old school pac-man console arcade game with 24 different games for some more fun. Don't forget the hot tub out back, or the 2 car garage for your use during your stay. Wifi is also included at the property. We have added a commercial ice machine in the garage to fill your coolers on lake days. The kitchen has oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, crock pot, blender and griddle and 2 toasters. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. The pantry has also been stocked with the basic essentials you may need. A full list can be emailed if you would like detailed info. Come and enjoy everything that Glendo Lake has to offer! Property is within minutes of the North entrance to Glendo Lake! Bring your boat, you are less than 5 minutes from Bennet Hill and less than 10 minutes from Reno Cove boat ramps! There is a strict no pet and no smoking policy at this property! If we find that you are in violation of either of these rules you may be asked to leave or will be charged additional cleaning fees up to 1000.00. Ask us today about including a guided fishing outing to your weekend in Glendo. We offer half day (3 hours) and even a full day trip (6 hours) snacks or light lunch are included depending on which package you choose. Check-in was super easy & communication with the owner was great. Pro's- Property was the perfect size for our family & great open layout. House has plenty of space to park your boat or other toys & Location is very close to Glendo. Marina boat launch is about 10min. Also close to the historic Saloon Steakhouse is a must to check out there hand carved bar that came from Italy in the late 1800’s was in the Chicago World Fair and did a stint in Deadwood before making its home in Glendo. Con's (in my opinion) the listing description & photos need to be updated! There is a huge RV park & electrical towers right behind the back yard. There was no mention of & none of the pictures showed literally the 20+ RVs camping feet away from the hot tub. While there is a partial fence, there was no privacy, which i was not thrilled about while using the hot tub. While the people in the RVs were fairly quiet, there was still a consistent buzzing from the electrical towers. Subdivision is much more developed than in the pictures & there are no lake views now. Property has multiple exterior cameras, which was not disclosed in the listing. I understand the need for them just already felt uneasy with who knows how many people watching us & my children enjoying the hot tub. I understand most of the downfalls are completely out of the owners control. Overall, the interior of the home is nice, beds are comfy & the convenience to some of the best fishing in WY, made for a great trip. ##### Mary B. The house is beautiful and it was wonderful to come back from a full day at the lake to shower, cook a meal, play games or watch movies, and just hangout! Everything is new and high quality. The hosts even left us a little gift basket upon arrival.
