Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: 55" Freeview TV, DVD Player, Bluray Player, Bluetooth Speaker, Woodburner Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bathroom: Bath, Toilet. Air source heat pump underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for wood burner included. . Large garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: Electric vehicle charging is prohibited.. This timber faced property was built in 2019 and sits in an elevated position overlooking Loch Dunvegan with views towards the castle. The property has a modern open plan living space taking full advantage of the outstanding views. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, living room with a wood burner and an open plan staircase to the first floor. There is also a separate shower room on the ground floor and the owner has thoughtfully provided complimentary toiletries. On the first floor is the comfortable master bedroom with a huge picture window overlooking the loch, a second double bedroom and a stunning bathroom. The property sits in a great sized plot and is ideal for guests wanting to escape and experience the rural lifestyle of Skye.
