Before I physically checked in, my card was charged an amount higher than what I pre-paid on line. I was later told that there is a 50$ hold for incidentals. I do not understand why a card is debited before the client checks out and since the card is in file any incidentals should normally be deducted later after informing the client.

Fatemmah who was behind the desk did an outstanding job getting us checked in and had to enlist the help of the general manager as Expedia Had not forwarded our prepaid reservation . She was able to get the problem handled to our complete satisfaction. We really appreciated her reassuring effort to handle our problem😊

The stay was great, facilities and services provided were of very high standards, The staff for the most part were very well versed in their duties and accomplished them well. The only disconnect was when I attempted top get a receipt for the stay and was being told that since I booked through a third party I had to get the receipt from them. When I contacted the third party they told me since I payed at the facility They did not have the receipt and I had to get it from the hotel. After contacting the hotel again I was told that they did not have the receipt but after pressing the person I was speaking to (and unfortunately losing my temper) she e-mailed me the receipt that she claimed not to have. Then to add to the financial burden of paying for the room there was a daily incidental charge added to the credit card charged to my card to be returned at a later date determined by an unknown entity. In this electronic world that my funds can be removed from my account immediately but it takes 3-4 days to put it back, does not seem logical.

Very friendly desk staff and nice, quiet room. Hot tub closed, no lotion and when I asked at the desk was handed conditioner. Tiny, deflated pillow.
