This area offers year round activities ranging from, alpine skiing, leaf peeping, hiking, to ziplining at one of the many nearby ski resorts! With its strong mountain and community spirit, Bartlett, NH is sure to deliver on a classic New England experience! Getting Around: 10 minute drive to nearby restaurants and shops located in downtown North Conway. Less than 5 minutes to a grocery store, and less than 10 minutes to nearby pharmacy. Other Things to Note: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the driveway. There is another Ring Doorbell Camera located at the back entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. You must at least be 25 years old to book. FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed. Note: Hot tub maintenance is scheduled every Wednesday. The family loved using the hot tub and fire pit in the evening. The kitchen and dining area were terrific and allowed our whole family to enjoy cooking and eating together. My wife and I loved sitting on the front deck with the dog each morning while having our coffee. We stayed for two nights, Friday and Saturday. Check in was smooth and easy. The house was warm and inviting with a great fireplace. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The only reason I rated as four stars was a mouse trap was left in the kitchen with two dead mice on it. We had to inspect for other traps as we had our pups with us and didnt want them getting hurt or sick. I contacted the owner and let them know and they assured me they were going to look into it and call pest services. After that we werent super comfortable cooking in the kitchen so we ordered out for food. Other than that, we had a great time. ##### Kayla L.
