Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. 5 Stars – A Stunning Glen Ellen Getaway!

From the moment we pulled up to the property, we knew we were in for a truly special week. Nestled among beautiful vineyards with sweeping views of the foothills and farmlands, this home offered the perfect blend of peace, beauty, and comfort.Our group of nine stayed comfortably between the main house (4 bedrooms) and the charming cottage (2 bedrooms). Both spaces were impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. We loved having two cozy living rooms to relax in, along with multiple outdoor seating areas featuring comfy loungers and chairs—the perfect spots to unwind by the absolutely stunning pool.The kitchen was well-stocked and made meal prep a breeze, and the bathrooms had everything we needed. The only minor issue was that hot water didn’t reach the master bathroom or the hallway bathroom initially, but the management team was quick to respond and sent someone to resolve the issue promptly.Communication with AvantStay was first-rate—they were responsive, professional, and clearly committed to ensuring our comfort throughout the stay.This home is an ideal retreat for anyone looking to experience the beauty of wine country, with easy access to wineries, local markets, and nearby amenities. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to others!

This property is wonderful! The view alone make the property worth the stay. The house was able to accommodate our group perfectly really made our trip. Would 100% book again and recommend to friends. Note to the owner: The dishwasher should be serviced as it was not running so we had to hand wash dishes. I would also encourage you to heat the pool and the hot tub. Those are huge selling points for the house and would be more enjoyable if they were warm/hot.

Spacious Property in a Picturesque Setting

We celebrated birthdays with the family over the labor day holiday. The property has large spaces both indoors and out and excellent view of the surrounding hills and vineyards. While we enjoyed the house, we weren't thrilled with the customer support. It felt like the responses of couple of our inquiries were AI robot generated. But overall, this was an excellent venue to celebrate a large family gathering.

Family Vacation

Great location and property. We loved the house, pool and the garden that was full of tomatoes. The guest house was nice but did not have potable water. A bottled water dispenser would make it great. We had a problem with the dishwasher which was not corrected until after we left. Customer service was pleasant but was unable to get a repair person there when we needed them. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. We would definitely return.

Two families came to celebrate 3 children turning 21. We had 11 people and definitely had beds to spare. The property is laid out very well so there was a lot of room to spread out. Very charming atmosphere. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was a hit.

Stunning Views, bed configuration misleading

Wonderful location and stunning views. House was big enough to accommodate our whole family. It was sad that the hot tub/spa could not be heated as advertised. It would have been a nice way to relax. Also the actual bed configuration is confusing and misleading, the “room” with the trundle bed is actually a nook with no door in the primary bedroom. There is also no queen-sized bed (rather 2 twins pushed together). Maybe a little TLC would make it a perfect spot. Our stay was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.
