Although their listing explicitly stated "Extra-person charges may apply," implying flexibility. They advertise this exact property on other platforms with a policy that specifically excludes up to 5 infants from the count. They failed to resolve the issue by their own deadline, forcing us to book elsewhere last minute, and refused to issue a refund so far. They are not easy to book with.
