« The Hobbit House was a dream of a cottage. It was so thoughtfully decorated and we didn’t want for anything. Everything that we could have needed was there for us and then some. The property is gorgeous and a magical adventure. We are already planning our next trip back! »

« This house was beautifully, corky decorated and we all loved it. The hosts provide you with everything from Qtips, to dental plackers to hairdryers, indoor and outdoor games and plenty of towels. The central air was a life saver and the 3 full bathrooms were amazing. Can't say enough about how much we loved this place and will definitely stay again. »

However, the overall cleanliness of the rental could be improved, especially in the common areas, which were not as tidy as expected. « My son and I recently stayed on the property while in town for a baseball tournament. The condo was in great condition and very modern throughout. There was plenty of room for us to eat, sleep, and relax. Our hosts were very welcoming and were quick to communicate and provide good local recommendations on where to eat. The location was great - right near the mountain and only 15 minutes from downtown Cortland.I Highly recommend considering this property for your next stay in the Cortland...

« Host communicated well even before arriving. The house worked out great for the family reunion. The house was huge on 2 stories. The grandkids thought it was a mansion. Tons of rooms and beds for the 12 of us. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had all the pots and utensils we need. The area also had lots to do. We did the water park, Virgil beach, mountain coasters and our kids found a brew pub in town. Great property and area. »
